Working directly with the client from an early stage, Core Project Group managed the design, development and delivery of this integrated product. Works included managing the design process, including the design excellence requirements, managing the base building design, including the addition of a further level to the building during construction.

The primary façade has been devised to evoke a sense of movement and provide material continuity within the urban context. The faceted curtain wall has been configured as a series of terracotta and glazed blades that peel open establishing a unique internal working environment at a micro level and strong corner element within the context of the city. As one moves past, the façade reveals its changing nature, bringing a sense of dynamism to what is otherwise a static object.

Midway trough the construction process the building was approved for an additional level. This level was designed, approved and constructed within the original program timeframe.

The design was then amended to deliver an integrated fit out for the major end users (Mine wealth and Wellbeing & Knight Frank). 
The project was a recipient of a Architects Institute of Australia award

AN ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION

Essentially the project is a 5 Storey commercial building with a Multi-deck car park. The building is made up of 5 stories, being: Ground floor-Lower & upper car park lobby, entry foyer & reception.
